I was experiencing sudden hearing loss and wondered if my hearing aids were defective. Frightened, I called Rogers Hearing Solutions where I’ve come to over 10 years. Michael was able to see me two days later. I was so relieved! A complete hearing test showed I had lost significant hearing in one ear and the right ear was regressing as well. Michael explained every step that was taken and presented the results in a calm and professional manner.. he settled my high anxiety. He recommended another device that would be more effective and demonstrated it. With the confidence that he exhibited, I had him order it. I've had experience with other audiologists/hearing aid providers but RogersHearing Solutions is far superior, especially audiologist Michael Drennan. The offices are what you'd expect of a healthcare provider (believe me, some others are not). I have been seeing Tom for my hearing aids for over 10 years and I would never go anywhere else. He has always been very kind and caring to me and most of all I trust him. I have friends that tell me when they go to their hearing aid place all they talk about is how they should buy new hearing aids. When I go to see Tom he talks about me and I know he really cares about ME, not just me buying hearing aids. Because of that when Tom makes a recommendation on hearing aids I know that is genuine and I trust him. Thank you Tom, for taking care of my hearing aids, but most of all, for being my friend.
